Grown With Love

002

It's been a really long time since I posted.  Life has been busy and I just have not had time or the mojo to stamp.  Today we had some down time and I wanted to make my MIL a card for grandparents day.  She is having a tough time and I thought this may cheer her up.

001

I am so in love with all of Flourishes new stamp sets.  I used and old set for the frame called Seeds of Friendship. Then I used the Ball jar stamps from Garden Picks. and masked the Anemones from the Anemones set.  I added some pretty tea stained seam binding.  I was worried because I haven't touched my Copics in months.  Hope all is well with each one of you.

Strawberries

Today's Free For All Focus over at Flourishes is my favorite set Strawberries.  They are so ripe and yummy here right now.  We got some from the Farmer's Market on Saturday.  They were gone in a day.  We are also featuring the Basketweave background stamp.  Unfortunately I thought I had it but found out too late that I did not.

Lots of Flourishes goodies here.  I used the beautiful Victorian White  Scalloped Lace that Flourishes carries in the lace section.  I also wanted to add the yellow May Arts Gingham ribbon too.  I added some  Candi Solid Patriotic Dots .  The designer paper is from the Bo Bunny Collection called Country Garden.  I stamped my image out onto Flourishes Classic White Cardstock and colored with the following Flourishes Copics Collections:

Have you seen that you can now purchase a Copics Swatch Book with all of Flourishes Copics Collections. It is a very handy tool to use when deciding on colors.

Check out what the rest of the design team has for you.  I promise you will be inspired:

Flourishes Gerber Daisies

Today at Flourishes it is Friday Free For All.  We are focusing on the set Gerber Daisies this week.

I was really glad that we were focusing on this set this week because it is a perfect match for this month's 123 Create Kit called Genuine.  I used the papers, trim and ribbon from this kit for my card today.

I stamped my Gerber Daisies out onto Flourishes Classic White Cardstock.  I then colored the daisies with the Flourishes Copics Collection:

I also chose the Mojo Monday Layout for my card today.  It always helps me get my card started.

Flourishes Friday Free For All

It is time for a Friday Free For All over at Flourishes.  Today we are all showing you some more creations from May's New Release.  This card uses Flourishes Hydrangea stamp set.  I kept it fairly simple because when you have a pretty stamp like this you don't need much.  I stamped my image out onto Flourishes Ivory Cardstock.  Then I colored with the following Flourishes Copics Collection:

I used my Grand Calibur to cut out a Grand Labels 23 for my  card.  I used the Standard Circle for my Hydrangeas.  I finished it off with some pretty Iridescent Fuchsia/Sage ribbon

For my second card I used Flourishes new 123 Create Kit.  Every think you see here is included in the kit:

I stamped my image from the On The Porch stamp set unto Flourishes Classic White Cardstock.  I colored it with the following Flourishes Copics Collection:
