Krafty Wryn

Wryn-grow a little love_edited-1


Today over at The Kraft Journal blog the challenge is to emboss and embellish.  I picked this cute little Wryn image from Tiddly Inks for my card. She is called Grow A Little Love.
I used The Kraft Outlet's Brown Cover Weight Kraft Cardstock for the base of her card.  I embossed it with an embossing folder and then inked it up with pigment ink to bring out the embossing.  Then I also added a strip of the Vintage Dictionary page behind the main image.  Then I finished it off with an Extra Small Grungy Prim Tag with a bow and button for her embellishments.

    This is precious, Dawn. The colouring is superb as always and love the colour combo you used. Nice touch with the white sponging on the kraft.

    Oh this is gorgeous Dawn. You gotta love that juicy bow next to a gorgeously coloured image! I love the kraft and the vibrant red you used! Love the white sponging on the kraft too....gorgeous Dawn.

    This is so cute! I love the embossed background. The inking just really made it pop. I don't know why I don't do that more often. You have colored her perfectly & I love the little tag & bow! She is adorable! I hope you have a great holiday!

    This is sooo cute Dawn! i keep saying I'm going to get some of those TI images. I especially like the Wrynn ones. The red and white are just gorgeous with the kraft. Love it Dawn! Hugs!
