I chose my absolute favorite Flourishes set today called Hello Hyacinth. I chose ...paper because I thought it accented the image well. I stamped my image out onto Flourishes Classic White Cardstock. I colored it with the following Flourishes Copics Collections:
I added some Pearls up in the corner and then also added some lace and solid pink wrinkled ribbon.
Here is what inspired me:
My very first oil painting. My daughter called me a few weeks ago begging me to go to a painting class with her that she had found on Groupon. I was not thrilled but love spending time with her. Needless to say I had a blast and learned so much. Painting and stamping are very similar. To paint a rose (as you are suppose to see here) haha you just paint three X's together. The shadowing is very similar to stamping.
such a wonderful card dawn I love the stamp and your coloring is great
