From The Garden



It is time for Friday Free For All over at Flourishes.


In The Garden


This week the Design Team is focusing on the set From The Garden.  I love to garden.  Almost as much as I like to stamp.  I wanted to use the new Aqua Markers that Flourishes has in the store.  I kept my coloring pretty light so that it wouldn't clash with this pretty Authentique Paper called.  I also added some pretty silk ribbon and linen burlap trim.  Simple card but perfect for watercoloring.

    Okay, this is simply gorgeous. The coloring, layout and paper choices and that linen burlap trim make for one beautiful card.

    Wonderful card and what eye candy of us all. So many different looks with so many papers and colors. You have really brought out the colors of your papers in the color of your image!

    Very nice card. I love the difference in the burlap texture and the softness of the silk ribbon..contrast is great. Your coloring is so delicate, always a delight.

    Oh how pretty Dawn! Love the soft coloring and this is such a pleasing color palette! Hope all is well with you! I've been cleaning the attic this week getting ready for a neighborhood yard sale. Ugh! LOL! It feels good to weed out a litte! I'd rather be weeding my garden though!!! Love your card!

    Beautiful...love the soft coloring....I really want to try those markers...maybe someday...but looking at thisd card, you make me want them now!! I too love gardening as much as stamping...I think it goes hand in hand!!

    This is a beauty! i love the beautiful paper & the added texture of the burlap. A perfect way to show off the softness of the coloring. The bow is a beauty too. I wish I could tie one that well!

    This is a sad day, you do Mo's Digitals so well, but I am sure you will still make them for us! The neutral coloring and burlap are fabulous and earthy touches to this card! I really like it with those background papers!
