Thanks for Helping Me Grow

flower pot2

It is time for another The Kraft Journal challenge.  Today's challenge is to use flowers on your creation.  I
created this flower pot holder and tag for a teacher's gift.  She used Brown Kraft  Cover Weight cardstock.  The little pot holder was created by cutting 2  strips of paper and then scoring it.  She punched holes in the corners and added pink ribbon to hold it together.  Then she created a tag for the flower pot using the Lunch Bag Kraft Cardstock and a die to cut it out.

I chose this adorable Sassy Cheryl's image for my tag.

Flower Tag

This has will be heading to school with my son. He has such an incredible teacher this year.  She has definitely helped him blossom.  Check out the The Kraft Journal Blog for all the rest of the flower creations.

  9. What a cute image and perfect for the flower. What a great teacher's gift and affirmation of what they do for the kids they teach :) Love having bright pops of colour with petunias in the yard. Have to wait another month or so before we can plant them tough.

  18. Did you get a chance to reply to Lisa Kind about the Sassy Cheryl digi image that you used? I wondered if maybe you combined several digis into one . . . Anyway, I too am wondering what you used to create your card. Thanks so much!
