Playtime

Kids and Toys
Time for another Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge.  This week our theme is playtime.  
Pick an image that depicts child's play.  I chose SOME TEA.  
I wanted to use my sweet hearts that my friend Holly sent to me.  I thought they were perfect for this image.  The ribbon is from another sweet friend Nikki.   
I colored this image with copics.
sweater:  R20, R22, R29,  
Pants: B06, B91, 
Skin: E0000, E11, E30
Browns:  E30, E31, E37
Shading:  W1, W3

I also wanted to play in the Copic Creation challenge this week which is What's New.. Perfect for the New Year.  My hearts are new and so is this Mo image..:) I am always inspired by visiting the CC blog.. Amazing copic creations. I also played in the Inspiration challenge over on SCS.. It has been way too long.. This week's theme was Nail Art.

Hop on over to Mo's and color up an image to play along. This is a great theme and lots of fun too.. Have a great weekend.

    Awww, you make Mo's look so good! I just love to see all your fine coloring Dawn. It's a special time this teatime when kids...We grow up, and it sometimes turn into coffee time, but gee, a good cup of apple cinnamon herbal tea is good too.

    Thanks for sharing about the "destination phone call" with Teens, I really appreciate it. I was feeling quite alone in my "club" here. I am alone with 2 men now...yikes, I need all the support I can get. lol

    An absolutely beautiful card Dawn. Love the background hearts you've used as an embossing folder. Also love those gorgeous crocheted hearts you have used. I've found a tutorial on how to crochet them but thats as far as I've gone. Maybe one day

    Hi Dawn~

    What a fabulous card! I never had a dress up or make pretend tea party as a child. We had real tea parties, with my grandparents, mother and the 4 of us kids! This card is a great memory of that.

    Did you make those hearts? They look wonderful on this card! I love your coloring even on those tiny little tea cups! Your coloring is amazing in general...but especially on that bunny, and on the child's clothing! You are such a talented artist.
