Recently a group of stamping friends got together on Facebook and created
a group called the Design Divas. They originated from Splitcoaststampers.
This week the group decided to have a Just For Fun blog hop.. The theme was
oldies but goodies.
You should have arrived here from Anita's blog.
After this you should journey on to Linda's blog.
This stamp set is one of my favorite Flourishes sets called Poppy Patch. I wanted to use this set today because as I was digging through my OLD stash trying to decide what to create and I came upon some beautiful designer paper and a punch that my sweet friend Lisa Lara had sent to me. It was perfect for this set. I stamped on watercolor paper which I rarely use and colored with my long forgotten SU markers. Then I found that my old stash of SU River Rock cardstock that I have had for years was the perfect match.
I needed a thank you card for a sweet friend that went above and beyond for me this week...I am blessed by my friends..:) Thank you Lisa for all these goodies..
Hope you enjoy this fun little blog hop..
