Home Is Where The Heart Is

This is card is for Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge.. Lisa challenged us to
create a card with a winter wonderland.. My cousin got 24 inches
of snow this last weekend..
I think he will have a white Christmas.  :)  Living in the South I miss the snow.
This image is called Door With Wreath and it  is available at Mo's Digital Pencil.  This was on automatic post but didn't go.. so I am sharing today.  Check out what the rest of the team created over on the Challenge Blog.

  3. Oh my. . .24"?! That is just insane! Your card gives the most wonderful amount of snow, hehe. I have my moments of missing snow living here in the south, and then I remember that I would probably be the one who would have to help shovel it :( I'm good without it ;)

  9. Love that little heart on the wreath! Totally adorable picture. I can relate to the two feet - we got 1.5 feet two years ago and I never want to shovel that much snow over two days again LOL!

  16. Dawn, I love the card and the little wooden heart is perfect. I've gotten so stuck on doing my "center" card, that I forget to embellish and I've really never bought any. That's going to be my personal challenge. Thanks for sharing.

  21. Hi Dawn,

I hope you are recovering well. I continue to pray for you. I really love this image. I left a comment...but I wasn't sure it stayed. This image reminds me of the Scriptures with Seek, Ask, Knock. And, the heart of course would symbolize Jesus Christ our Messiah. You color this just so beautifully...as you always do.

    Traci S.
