Hi all and welcome to Flourishes’ Christmas in July sale! Each year
around this time, we kick off a festive sale that is sure to warm your
hearts and get you in the spirit, long before the snow starts to fly!
Between now and the 31st of July, all Christmas sets will be a
20% off! Just click HERE to see all the goodies that are on sale!
With all the heat we have had here in NC I am ready for Christmas weather. I chose Flourishes Christmas Classics set for my creation today. I went with a more vintage feel for this card. I stamped my image on Flourishes Classic White Cardstock and then colored with Flourishe's Copics Collection Fuschia, Copper, and Sky.
I added a Jovial Button and used the Spellbinders Square and the Fleur de Lis Square dies. The dies were cut out with my Grand Calibur. The embellishment is from the Fancy Butterfly Crystal. The ribbon is the Solid Wrinkled Burgundy from Flourishe's ribbon collection.
If you would like some more inspiration check out what Leslie created on Monday and.. created on Tuesday. Be sure to check out the Flourishes blog each day this week for more inspiration.

Flourishes Friday
I really enjoy this newly released Flourishes set called Moments In Time. I created this card for my hubby's birthday next weekend. I always tease him that he is an Old Timer. Last month Cindy Lawrence used the Labels 21 Die to create a card. I loved that idea and thought this new set fit this die perfectly. I used my Grand Calibur to cut out both the Labels 21 die and the Circle Die.
I stamped my clock face directly on the ...paper. This paper comes in a new 123 Create Kit Timepiece that Flourishes now has in the store. I love these kits because you have everything you need to create a card. I also chose the Maya Road checked black and white ribbon from Flourishes ribbon collection.
Hope you all have a great weekend. Don't forget that today is the last day to purchase the release week bundle at a discounted price. Check it out HERE.

Grandpa's Fishing Pole
It is time for another week of challenges at Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge Blog.. This week the challenge is SUMMER VACATION.. I feel like I haven't even had one this year YET. I have been working so many hours and then spending weekends watching my son play baseball (which I love).
This is what I will be doing when I head home to see my dad this summer. He has a pond on his farm and we spend hours out there enjoying our fishing. This image is available at Mo's Digital Pencil store and is called Fishing.
I colored this with Prisma Pencils and Gamsol. They have not seen the light of day in many months and so I decided to get them out to play.

This set offers a masculine flair perfect for those guy cards! Don’t we all need some images fit for the men in our lives?

A pretty simple card but so many possibilities with this set. Want to win this set? There is a....

Red Roses
It is day two of the new releases over at Flourishes illustrated by the ever so talented Marcella Hawley. I could only wish that the roses in my garden were this beautiful. I love the layers of petals on these flowers. Such a dream to color.
I chose to color my roses and carefully cut them out. I stamped on Flourishes Classic White Cardstock and colored with Flourishes Copics Collection Fuchsia.
I used my Spellbinders die to give the background some contrast. I love the sentiment in this set. It can be used as a background or as your main image. I added some checked black ribbon, sheer teal ribbon, and pearls for my embellishments.
And we have a Mystery Blogger again today! Comment on all the DT's blogs to be sure you don't miss a chance to win this gorgeous set....

Flourishes Release Week Day 1
It is time for another new release at Flourishes. This month's stamps are all amazing.
This beautiful and fanciful set offers
a sweet look at a honey of a life as a bee. Illustrated by Marcella
Hawley, this set features three main images plus little bees which serve
as accents along with five fun-filled sentiments. We can’t tell you how
“sweet” each of these drawings are!
I chose the pretty Basic Grey Sweet Threads paper for my little bee hive. I also used the striped ribbon Flourishes carries. The die is the Lacey Circle from Spellbinders that I cut out with my Grand Calibur. I used Flourishes Copic Collection sets New Leaves, Lenten Rose, Creamy and Flesh Tones 2 for color my stamped image.
And, here’s a look at the coordinating background!
While this whimsical background is perfect for any one of Flourishes botanicals, it was created with our new set, Bee My Honey,
in mind. A gorgeously watercolored honeycomb background artistically
drawn by Marcella Hawley has been put on polymer to add a beautiful
accent to your stamped creations!

My second card showcases the Honeycomb background stamp. I chose the Double Dot Gabrielle paper from Flourishes paper collection. I used the Deckled Edge die and the Beaded Oval Dies from Spellbinders. The Ivory Crochet Lace and Black Checked ribbon are also available at Flourishes.
Want to win both of these sets? All you need to do is comment on all of these ladies’ blogs below! One of them is our…..

Farm Fresh
It is time for another Flourishes Release challenge. Not long from now, juicy and fresh produce will start to sprout and
find its way to farmer's markets in every corner of America. Let's
capture some farm freshness on our cards or creations. Use fruit or
veggies as a focus! FLLCJULY11. Deadline is July 15th at 5 PM Eastern. I created two cards this week for our challenge.
The first card I made while we had a lightening storm and our power was out for hours. I hand stitched around the edges of the Strawberry set. I colored it twice and popped up the strawberries.
I stamped on Flourishes Classic White cardstock and colored with Flourishes' Copics Collection Fuschia. This beautiful ribbon is also from Flourishes. Kind of a clean and simple card but I love the way it came out.
The second card is from the newly released Garden Fresh stamp set. The ribbon is from Flourishes' ribbon collection. I also used the Basic Grey Jovial buttons.
Check out what the rest of the design team has in store for you.

Annie's Horse
This week for Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge Cathy is challenging us to get out your vintage images and use lace. I chose Mo's Digital Pencil image called Annie.
I wanted a card with a horse for a friend's daughter that took a tumble off of her horse a few weeks ago. I thought this would work perfectly.
Get out your lace and vintage Mo image and join us over at Mo's Digital Pencil Blog Challenge this week.

Peach Tree
It is that time of year here when the peaches are almost ready. We always drive up into the mountains and by our peaches at a little place called Grandad's Apples.
It has the best produce.
I chose the Flourishes set Cherries and Peaches for this week's card. I love this set. I colored with Flourishes Copics Collections Tiger Lily, Gerber Daisies and Sunflower.. and stamped my image on Flourishes Classic White Cardstock. I used Life Lines for my sentiment. I used the Spellbinder's Lattice Rectangle Die under my sentiment. I cut this out with my Grand Calibur. This pretty cotton lace is also from Flourishes.
Check out what the rest of the team has for you today..
Flourishes also has their July Noel challenge going on now. This month's theme is a color challenge which is Red, White and Blue.
