This week at Mo's it is my turn again to host.. I chose a "recipe" challenge.
A Recipe For Friendship
Take two people with common interests,
Mix together with love and understanding,
Stir in a sense of humor and a lot of compassion.
Mix together with love and understanding,
Stir in a sense of humor and a lot of compassion.
Bake for a lifetime...
and enjoy the fruits of your labor knowing that you both have made
a remarkable concoction that will last forever!
Create a card or project with one element in this recipe. It could be an image with 2 people, an image that portrays love or a sense of humor. You could even create a card with a recipe included or something that has to do with cooking. Mo has so many images that could be used here.
I have been inspired by my friend Christine's blog Dol Creations..she has so many great recipes that she has made even more special by adding her special touch.
I chose this adorable Blueberry Girl from Mo's Digital Pencil. I added some stamped blueberries from Flourishes' Berry Sweet set. This recipe is so yummy. HOWEVER, I forgot to add that you need 1/3 cup of flour for the topping. I have made these many times and they are delicious.
Then I found a recipe book online per Christine's suggestion at Langs. I love their products. I typed up my recipes and my images and then printed and colored.
I actually created 3 recipe cards but will save the other two for another day. Here is the gorgeous book I got to keep them all safe.
Wouldn't this make a great stamp.. I just love all those canned veggies and fruits.
So that is it for me.. Please come over to Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge blog to see all the details.
oooo Dawn
