Welcome to day 2 of Flourishes April Release Week.. Today we are showcasing a fantastic sentiment set. It can coordinate with any one of Flourishes sets. I chose Flourishes Poppy set for my card today. It is my FAVORITE set. I love the way it watercolors. We have lots of poppies growing along the side of the road here in NC.
I watercolored my image with markers on hot press watercolor paper. I did some stitching around the edges of my main panel and image panel. Then I used the Motherly Love Sentiment cut out with my Lacey Circle Die from Spellbinders. The pearls are the also available at Flourishes and are great for embellishing. The paper is from the Pixie Pad collection. The base of my card is Flourishes Classic Ivory Cardstock.
