Happy Easter

Buttons and Bows2.

Sneaking in a challenge card here today.. My daughters, dad, sister and niece were all here for 2 weeks.. I am always sad to see them go..This image reminds me of the days when I would sew my girls matching gingham Easter dresses.. I loved those days.
 
 It was so great to see my dad and spend some quality time together..
We miss our family back home.



This card was created for Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge.  Pat challenged us  to pull out the buttons and bows.  I chose Mo's Easter Bunny.

    What an adorable image...so girly and sweet in the soft colors! Love the floral ribbon trim you used! So glad you had family come to visit...I know what it's like to live far away from family. You treasure every visit!

    Great picture of you and your dad, Dawn. . .you are so pretty :) Your card is adorable! It reminds me of the ONE time I was able to get my daughter to wear an Easer hat. Sigh. . .those were some adorable pictures. BTW, we don't have sun either, so if you get some be sure to send it my way too :D

    Such a sweet card, Dawn. Love the fuzzy bunny and the glitter you added to her hat.

    I am sure you enjoyed having them there for two weeks. I know how much you have missed them. That pic of you and your dad is wonderful. You should frame it. :)

    Oh Dawn...how wonderful that you've had family visiting. I love your pic (of you and your dad, I'm guessing)...you look so happy!! I know what you mean about living so far from family. My kids and 5 grandkids are all 3000 miles away (in AZ) and my sis is in MN (which isn't that far...but it IS COLD there...hehehe!) I'm glad you enjoyed their visit! I can't believe you had time to create this gorgeous card!! And it is gorgeous!! Your coloring is stunning ...no surprise there! I love the glittery hat...and I can never get white right. Just so you know...I'm coming to visit you so you can teach me how to color white!! hehehe! Seriously lovin' this...must add image to my "must have" list!! hehehe! Hugs. Pat

    Oh my gosh Miss Dawn, This card is so precious! Love the DP, the gorgeous roses and cute little heart shaped button, and you coloring is beautiful as always. 8-)
    So glad you got to spend some time with your family. I will be visiting my Mom this summer, She is far away in Newland, N.C. I don't get to see her nearly enough.. :-)
