Alabama

Stitching

When my girls were little one of their favorite things to do was to
make a fake car and drive it... For some reason they were always going
to Alabama..LOL. Not sure why. Great memories..

Anyway...on to this week's challenge at MO's Digital  Pencil Challenge Blog.  Paola is our September hostess.  This week our challenge is to use shades of Brown
She has some great challenges.   I diverged a bit and added some color.

Come on over and play along for a chance to win a free Mo image.

  2. That's funny that they alway 'drove to Alabama'....just the other day I was making up a game for K and picked 'Massachusetts' as they're super hero destination....don't know why I picked MA either, lol!

SUPER adorable card! Love the cardboard element, the criss-cross stiches, and your FABO coloring!

  5. I can relate. My daughter makes forts and says she's in california. As a matter of fact she is asleep in her fort right now and when I tucked her in last night we said she loved sleeping in California. Too funny. Love your card. The stitching is such a great way to tie it all together. Beautiful.

  17. This is such an adorable image and I won't say how wonderful your coloring is as I'm sure you get tired of hearing me say that - lol! Brings back memories of the HOURS my kids would play in a large box! Mostly they cut out windows and a door and created a little house. When I see all the electronic toys, I wonder if kids today still use their imagination.
