Building Sand Castles

Recipe Kai in Sailboat Hat

This week at Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge blog Peggy is our hostess again
this week.. She has given us a recipe to follow.. 3 designer papers, 2
brads or buttons and 1 ribbon.  I just spent the week with my sister at
the beach.  Such a relaxing place. I am ready for summer fun..

I used Mo's sweet little Kai in the Sand with his sailboat hat.  This is

available over at Mo's Digital Pencil Store.

Come join in the fun. Create a card and link that post up to Mr Linky.

Here is my baby on the beach.  We had so much fun spending hours
collecting shells.  Great memories.  Just wish he was still my "baby"..

The Designer Paper is an old DCWV pack called Summer
Glitter Pack.. I have had it for ages.  The buttons are
custom made with Sculpey Clay.  I colored the image
with Copics and then highlighted with prisma pencils.

  14. That picture reminds me of my son in the sandbox or on the beach. Had to be covered with the stuff (as well as eat a bit of it) before it was a good play time LOL! I hear you on wishing they were still out "babies". My little guy will be 9 in August....the other day he curled up in my lap and I told him when he was a baby he was about as long as his knee to his foot and how now he was a big lug LOL! I also made him promise me he would always give me hugs even when he was big. Precious times and so many wonderful memories for us moms to treasure in our hearts. Glad you had a restful, relaxing time at the beach :D
