As soon as I saw the challenge I thought of this bikini card I learned
to make at a Stampin Up Stamp Camp a few years ago.. I used creamy
carmel cardstock and then found some yellow polka dotted designer
paper in my stash. Used my circle and flower punches to make the
bikini. I took some ribbon and braided it for the straps. Of course
I had to give her a little belly bling..

The Spotlight Divas would like to challenge you to LET THE SUNSHINE IN!! Since we want to be done with all those wild snowflakes from last week, we thought this week we would ask you to get your bright colors or use mostly "yellow" or monochromatic yellow for your creations this week!

Wow -- this card is absolutely perfect for the challenge; in fact, it defines 'Let the Sunshine in'! The bikini is too cute (love the polka dots and braided straps!), and the best touch is that belly button stud!!

ReplyDeleteI LOVE THIS CARD! When I was in high school we had a dance recital to the Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikini Song. When I saw your card I was immediately thrown back oh about 18 years - You really made me laugh! I'm going to have to see if I can find a pick of me to post LOL What a Hoot Girl!!!
