It's Banana Split Sunday. This week we were to use Rub-Ons. I use them all the time for my projects. I have a hard time stamping a sentiment straight and using a rub-on helps me in this area. Today's IC challenge on Splitcoaststampers was to create a card from the Creative Wall Coverings online store. I chose a light switch that had sunflowers on it. I love this HM image. I used prisma pencils and GooGone. This paper comes in a pack at Michael's. It is their own brand. I LOVE it. This adorable image is an RAK from my friend Wendy. Hope you are having a great weekend. I am baking oatmeal raisin cookies. Yummy. The whole house smells so good.
This weekend's Clear Dollar Stamps color challenge was to use More Mustard, Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze and White. I thought this Basic Grey Urban Prairie had all the right colors. I wanted to stamp just for fun today. I love this sweet little Heather image from Whipper Snapper Designs. She is so cute. I colored her first with copics and then added some prisma pencils. This sweet daisy is from Martha Stewart that my sweet friend Marilynn sent to me. I thought it matched the paper perfectly. I created this for Mothermark's teapot Tuesday challenge. I am finally back to stamping. I have so much catching up. I wanted to create a card for the Weekend Color Challenge for Clear Dollar Stamps. The colors Lisa picked this week were Yellow, Green and Pink with an optional Turquoise. I love this new CDS set called Everday Jar-Gon. I will be away from my blog again as I say goodbye to my daughters and head them back to college. My oldest daughter and I went for a long walk last night and this was the view. I love late summer/fall sunsets.

Today is Banana Split Sunday. The challenge for this week is to create a card with only cardstock and one embellishment. I scored my main panel and added my punched hearts on dimensionals. This sentiment is from the July Journaling Spot. I just love it. Come play along....
I am loving this new Clear Dollar Stamp set called Hanging Out. It has so many cute sentiments. It is a new release this month. I am sending this to my sweet Father In Law. He is in the hospital and needs a good laugh. He has the greatest sense of humor and I love him. It is hard to be away from family in these times. Each day of his life is precious. Check out the weekend color challenge hosted this week by Shawne. The colors are Baja Blue, Kiwi Kiss, Sahara Sand and white or ivory.
I wanted to start doing some of the challenges again over on Splitcoaststampers. I think a challenge can really get your creative juices flowing. I love this new Pansy set created for Clear Dollar Stamps by Kim Teasdale. I got out my SU markers and watercolored the image. I have not done that in such a long time. It gives you such vibrant colors. I use 140 lbs cold press paper. Check out this set and many more over at Clear Dollar Stamp.
Created this card for 2RedBanana's blog challenge. The theme this week is "And I Quote". Use a quote on your card. I love this soft blush paper. I have never used blush on a card. I also cased a layout for the Featured Stamper over on Splitcoast. This week the FS is Teresa Klein. I also used a tutorial for my flower that I saw in Linda Dukes blog.
I created this card for the Clear Dollar Stamp's weekend COLOR CHALLENGE. My friend Lisa was the host. She chose the colors Sage Shadow, Regal Rose, More Mustard and Copper. This is a new release set called Charlie Tweens. Isn't it adorable. I love it. If you have teenagers you can relate to this set.
